Talla Fall

Talla Fall is an experienced Reliability Technician at Endeavour Mining since January 2016, where skills in optimizing equipment performance and implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies are utilized to minimize unplanned shutdowns. Prior roles include Senior Mechanical Specialist HV, Automotive Mechanic Trainer at HETAA, and Drill Rig Mechanic at Teranga Gold Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and training. Talla has also completed various internships in automotive and marine engineering, alongside a robust educational foundation in mechanical engineering, quality, safety, and hydraulics from several institutions in Senegal.
