Mindi Rue

Mindi (Diller) Rue is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Endera since June 2023. Prior to this role, Mindi worked as Human Resource Manager at RK Industries Inc. from September 2022 to June 2023 and held various positions at Hornish Bros. Inc. from September 2004 to August 2022, including Payroll Manager, Safety, Human Resources, and Recruiter. Mindi also directed the GLOW Ministry at Defiance Christian Church between November 2011 and March 2020, overseeing in-house volunteers and community outreach. Earlier career experience includes food service management roles at Aramark at CCNO, Stryker Local School, and North Central Local School. Mindi holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Bowling Green State University and graduated with honors from Ayersville High School.
