James Broome

James Broome has a significant amount of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. James began their career as a Software Developer and Senior Software Developer at Atos from 2001 to 2007. James then joined EMC Consulting UK in 2007 as a Senior Practice Consultant, where they were responsible for the architecture and delivery of bespoke applications for clients.

After working at EMC Consulting UK for three years, James moved to Infusion in 2010. At Infusion, they held multiple roles, including Team Lead, Senior Consultant, Development Manager, and Principal Architect. In these roles, they led and ensured the successful delivery of challenging projects, acted as a trusted advisor to clients, and played a key role in the growth and success of the company's Web Practice business unit.

Most recently, James worked at endjin as the Director of Engineering, starting in 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the successful delivery of client engagements, product development, and internal IP. James represented endjin's engineering team in business development and technology partnerships and also took on public speaking engagements.

Throughout their career, James has demonstrated strong technical leadership, the ability to successfully manage teams and projects, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in technology.

James Broome attended the University of Leeds from 1997 to 2000 and obtained a BA Hons degree in Geography. In 2014, they also obtained a certification as a Sitecore Certified Developer from Sitecore.
