Oby Bamidele is a mission-driven CEO with over 15 years of experience in scaling purpose-led organizations. Currently serving as the CEO of Uptree, Oby focuses on expanding access to early careers and promoting social mobility for young people. Previously, Oby held various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Built-ID and Management Consultant at BT, where they developed strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being. Oby is also a member of the Board of Directors for Connecting Stories, a community dedicated to empowering women and girls through financial literacy and personal growth. Oby is pursuing a BA (Hon) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent.
