Katherine Gold

Katherine Gold is currently serving as the People and Culture Business Partner at Endless Pools since November 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with managers to enhance organizational culture. Prior roles include Data Analytics Fellow at Springboard, where a comprehensive curriculum was completed, and Assistant Director of Mission Advancement at The Y (YMCA), overseeing fundraising efforts and financial development initiatives. Additionally, Katherine held positions in facility operations and aquatics management at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, and Lafayette College, accumulating significant experience in budget management and team leadership. Academic qualifications include a BA in Art History and Religion from Swarthmore College, a Master of Science in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University, and a Data Analysis certification from Springboard.
