Neil McCall

Neil McCall is a highly experienced Lean Manager at Endless Pools since November 2021, previously serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. and Arc. Neil’s career includes significant roles in quality control, production engineering, and technical training, emphasizing continuous improvement and efficiency gains. Additionally, Neil has a strong academic background, holding a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rowan University, and has contributed to research on hybrid electric vehicles and taught mathematics while actively engaging in community outreach programs.
