Prashant Patel

Prashant Patel is an experienced manufacturing professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Manufacturing at Endless Pools since March 2021, previously holding the position of Director of Manufacturing. Prior to this, Prashant served as General Manager at EMR from September 2017 to March 2021 and held various roles at TIMET from October 2012 to September 2017, including VAR/Plasma Operations Manager and PAM Manager, overseeing operations related to vacuum arc remelting and plasma arc melting furnaces. Earlier experience includes an Area Manager role at ArcelorMittal, managing production personnel and ensuring safety and productivity, along with a position as Metallurgical Engineer, where quality improvements were developed through Six Sigma methodologies. Prashant began a career as a Product Testing Engineer (Co-op) at Honda of America Manufacturing. Academically, Prashant holds an MBA from DeSales University, a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science from Penn State University.
