Ryan Linehan

Ryan Linehan is an experienced IT Desktop and Mobile Support Technician currently employed at Endless Pools since February 2022, providing expert support in a nearly 100% Mac user environment while managing Windows desktops for IT and the Engineering Department. Prior to this role, Ryan served as IS Service Desk Support I at Trinity Health from January 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included assisting users with hardware and software support and resolving IT operational issues. Ryan's career began at Wegmans Food Markets, where experience was gained in customer service and inventory management from September 2015 to January 2020. Ryan holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology and a high school diploma from Sun Valley High School.
