Michael Brenzel

Michael Brenzel has over 25 years of experience in the field of engineering. Michael began their career in 1994 as an Engineer at Goodrich Sensor Systems. In 1998, they moved to Boston Scientific (Guidant) as an R&D Engineer. Two years later, they joined Restore Medical as an R&D Engineer and Project Manager. In 2002, they moved to St. Jude Medical as an R&D Engineer. In 2009, they co-founded Conventus Orthopaedics. In 2017, they joined Go Products as a Principal and Endogenex as Co-Founder and CTO. Most recently, they were appointed CTO of Nextern in 2022.

Michael Brenzel earned their MBA in Venture Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they earned a BE in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota between 1986 and 1990.
