Beth Rothwell

Chief Operating Officer at Endologix

Beth joined Endologix as the Chief Operating Officer in September 2022. She is currently a Managing Partner and the co-founder of Sequoia Ventures, a provider of investment capital and strategic leadership to growing middle-market businesses. In 2008 she co-founded VFD Technologies, Inc., a precision medical device and robotics manufacturing company, where she served on the board of directors and for thirteen years served as the President and Chief Commercial Officer for the four manufacturing entities. Acquired by Arch Global Precision in 2021, the company now operates as Arch Medical Solutions. Prior to VFD, Beth served as Vice President of Operations and Quality of Kyphon Inc., a NASDAQ-listed global medical device company focused on minimally invasive spinal therapies, from 2002 through its acquisition by Medtronic, Inc. in late 2007 and with Medtronic through 2008. Prior to Kyphon, Beth served as a Board of Director Member and Vice President for Intercon, Inc. a contract manufacturing firm specializing in fiber and electrical assemblies for a variety of markets. Ms. Rothwell holds a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Women in Leadership Program.
