VP Engineering at Endor

Daniel Better is currently the VP of Engineering at Endor. Prior to that, they served as the CTO of Manna from August 2021 to April 2022. At Manna, Daniel was responsible for the company's engineering department, which spanned five teams including full stack, backend, DevOps, mobile, and QA/data. Daniel also led the research and implementation of a real-time, scalable last mile logistics routing engine.

Under Daniel's leadership, Manna experienced rapid growth, serving thousands of customers across multiple service areas. Daniel was instrumental in the company's success, developing products from inception to production and making data-driven decisions that improved the R&D department's functionality. In addition to their technical expertise, Daniel is also a strong leader and mentor, who is passionate about recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.

Daniel Better has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. Daniel also has an MBA in Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University. In addition, they have an MBA in International Business from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Daniel also has certification in Hacking Academy: Monitoring Transmitted Data from Udemy and certification in R Programming and The Data Scientist’s Toolbox from Coursera.

They are on a team with and Shahar Somin - Machine Learning Research Lead. Daniel Better reports to Daniel Gorlovetsky, CTO.
