Previously, Alon held key positions at various companies, including CEO at Intratech Medical Ltd. and VP Engineering & Operations at EndoCross, which focuses on endovascular products. Alon began their career as a Mechanical Designer at Elbit Systems Ltd. after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Alon's diverse experience spans engineering management and innovative medical technologies.
