Efrat Carmi boasts extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Efrat began as a Practice in Organizational Consulting at GR before serving as HR Manager at Applied Materials from February 2005 to July 2007. Efrat later held positions including VAS Delivery HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Comverse Technology, Inc. from March 2011 to May 2013, and returned to the HR leadership space as HR Director and Organizational Development Leader at Perion Network from 2017 to 2018. From April 2021 to January 2023, Efrat served as VP of HR and Head of Human Resources at Sight Diagnostics. Currently, Efrat is the Human Resources Director at EndoStream Medical since April 2025. Efrat holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from Ben Gurion University.
