The most successful implant system; The Buechel Pappas Knee System, is designed for enhanced load distribution and management of the loading stresses incurred during normal human knee joint motion. This design focus has resulted in the development of an implant system which provides lower wear potentials and increased longevity potential of the implant components.  

In 2008, Endotec, Inc was acquired by Korea Bone Bank; a world leading orthopedic biologic research firm, and a leading supplier of human bone graft products and spinal implant systems. 

KBB is actively involved in advancing the science of bone healing through the development of recombinant bone morphogenic protein, intended for use in orthopedic procedures.  This research is rapidly advancing, with KBB  considered to be among the top research efforts in this market segment.
