Edward Wingate has worked in various roles in the finance and property industry since 2011. In 2011, they began working as a Valuation specialist for CBRE. In 2012, they worked as a Residential Valuer for Herron Todd White, and as a Commercial Sales and Leasing specialist for LJ Hooker Commercial. In 2015, they worked as a Property Valuer for Curtis Valuations, a Lending Specialist for LJ Hooker Home Loans, and a Real Estate and Finance Specialist for Strategic Investor Group. In 2016, they worked as a Finance Broker for Nectar Mortgages. In 2017, they worked as a Property Valuer for WBP Group. Since 2013, they have owned Advanced Property and Financial Solutions, which provides finance solutions for property, real estate equity improvement and valuation advice. In 2020, they began working as an Investment Client and International Promoter for EndoTech, a world leading AI trading bots and Sigma AI company.

Edward Wingate's education history includes a Master of Property Valuation from Bond University, a Diploma of Finance from Kaplan Professional, and a high school diploma from Kotara High School. Edward also holds additional certifications, including an Accredited Member from FBAA, an Accredited Member (no longer active) from RICS - Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors, a Certified Practising Valuer from the Australian Property Institute, Commercial Aviation including GFPT from Avondale University College, a Pilots Licence – Single Engine Aeroplanes below 5700kg from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, and a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Queensland Government.
