Torsten Kimura

Torsten Kimura has extensive experience in manufacturing operations within the medical device industry, having held key leadership positions. At Endovascular Engineering from December 2021 to August 2024, Torsten served as VP of Manufacturing Operations and Sr. Director of Operations. Prior roles include Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Principle Manufacturing Engineer at Earlens Corporation (April 2014 - December 2021), and Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Arstasis (May 2009 - April 2014). Torsten's foundational experience includes roles at XTENT, Inc., where manufacturing engineering management was emphasized, and Abbott Vascular Devices, serving as Technical Project Lead in advanced manufacturing for multiple medical device projects. Educational credentials include an MS in Engineering Design from Tufts University and a BS in General Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
