Greg Malacane has a long and varied career in marketing and customer success. Greg began their career in 1981 at Texas Instruments as a Market Research and Seismic Operations specialist. In 1987, they moved to Compaq as a Product Marketing, SFA Manager. In 1996, they joined Baan as a Director of CRM Marketing and Strategic Marketing. Here, they were a key team member leading the redesign of enterprise software sales process and supporting sales tools. Greg also led the relaunch of Baan CRM into the market following the acquisition of Aurum by Baan. In 2003, they moved to SSA Global as a Director, Alliances Marketing, NA Marketing, where they managed global marketing alliance initiatives with strategic partners and grew alliance influenced revenue 50% each year. In 2007, they joined Alchemy Group Inc. as a Senior Director, Market Research and Analysis. In 2013, they moved to TSR Atlanta as a Marketing and Business Development specialist. Finally, in 2015, they joined Community Consulting Teams (CCT) Atlanta as a Project Team Lead. In 2016, they joined Endowance Solutions as a VP Marketing and Customer Success and Customer Success Manager.

Greg Malacane holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Oklahoma State University, where they studied Marketing and Finance. Greg also holds a BS Business Administration from State University of New York at Fredonia, where they studied Marketing and Finance. Additionally, in May 2020, they obtained a certification in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn.
