Elle Costello

Elle Costello is a seasoned professional in employee experience and people development, currently serving as Sr. Principal, Employee Experience at Endpoint since September 2019. At Endpoint, a mobile-first Title and Escrow company, Elle has held various roles including People & Culture Principal and People & Culture Lead, contributing to improved closing experiences in real estate transactions. Prior to this, Elle accrued valuable experience at BCG Digital Ventures from September 2015 to September 2019, where roles included People Development Senior Specialist and People Development Associate. Additional experience includes a position as Human Resources Coordinator at Fox International Channels and a role as People and Culture Assistant at Beats by Dr. Dre. Elle began a professional journey as an Account Manager intern at HTC. Elle holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Psychology from Duquesne University, completed in 2013.
