Forrest Townsend graduated in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northern Arizona University. They began their career as a Software Developer at IBM, where they worked on the IBM Spectrum Protect product until 2017. Following this, Forrest held multiple roles at Keap between 2022 and 2025, culminating in a position as Senior Software Engineer. Since 2025, they have been serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Endpoint. Additionally, Forrest gained early experience as a Teaching Assistant at Northern Arizona University and as an intern at Intel Corporation.
