Jennifer Johannesson attended Everett High School from 1996 to 2000, where they received a Diploma in General Studies. After completing high school, they enrolled at Everett Community College and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in General Studies/Psychology from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Jennifer obtained a certification as a CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2014.
