Jenny Albar

Jenny Albar has a diversified work experience spanning over several years. Jenny most recently worked as a Senior Recruiter at Parker89 starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Endpoint starting in 2021. At Endpoint, they also worked as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and developing customized hiring strategies.

Before their time at Endpoint, Jenny worked as a Recruiter at Laserfiche from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they managed recruitment processes across various departments and implemented process improvement projects in talent acquisition and HR.

Jenny's earlier experiences include roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at City National Bank from 2015 to 2018 and as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Capital Group in 2015.

Jenny also has hospitality experience, having worked as a Front Desk Agent and Guest Service Agent at Terranea Resort, A Destination Hotel from 2013 to 2015, and as a Supervisor at New Corner Restaurant from 2007 to 2013.

Jenny Albar obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2013.
