Sr. Software Engineer II at Endpoint

Melody Morgan's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Web Developer at 2 Helix. Melody then moved on to work as an Instructor at Otis College of Art and Design in 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Web Developer at Fox Networks Group, where they gained experience in building high-performance web apps for their properties. In 2012, Melody joined Thought Horse as a Partner/Developer and stayed with the company until 2017. During their time at Thought Horse, they worked on various projects.

In 2017, Melody joined Telescope Inc. as a Senior JavaScript Developer, where they worked on the development of near-real-time, second-screen apps and widgets for clients like BBC, ABC, NBC, and more. Melody also supported product leadership by designing and building prototypes.

Later in 2017, Melody joined Diamond as a Full Stack Developer, working on multiple project teams and programming primarily in JavaScript and Python. One of their notable accomplishments was building an SDK for embedding a Media network's Video Player into affiliate station websites. Melody then progressed to the role of Lead Developer, where they led the delivery of a feature-tiered subscription platform and served as the front-end architect/lead for an infosec SaaS product.

In 2020, Melody was promoted to the role of Director, Engineering at Diamond, where their key accomplishment was leading the engineering team that built the tech for a podcasting startup called Wondery, which was acquired by Amazon Music. Their responsibilities included overseeing the development of iOS and Android apps, cloud microservices, website redevelopment, and cross-platform payment support.

Most recently, Melody joined Endpoint in 2023 as a Sr. Software Engineer II, where they are currently employed.

Melody Morgan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from ArtCenter College of Design, where they attended from 2003 to 2006. In addition, Melody has also acquired the certification of Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022.
