Ryan Ovrevik has extensive work experience in software development and engineering roles. Ryan is currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Endpoint since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ADP as a Lead Application Developer from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for developing Microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Before that, Ryan worked at LivePerson as a Senior Software Development Engineer from 2018 to 2020, where they developed messaging integration with Apple Business Chat and carrier RCS implementations. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at SOLTECH as a Senior Software Engineer, developing Angular applications and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Ryan also has experience as an independent software consultant and as a Lead Software Engineer/Team Architect at Amplify. Ryan has a strong background in solutions architecture, project management, and software development.

Ryan Ovrevik has a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of West Georgia between 1991 and 1996. In 1990, they briefly attended the University of South Carolina, focusing on Music Theory and Composition. In addition to their formal education, Ryan has certifications as a Business Component Developer for J2EE 1.3 and as a Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, both from Sun Microsystems.
