Kinson Liu has extensive experience in IT support and systems engineering, currently serving as Service Desk Supervisor at centrexIT since February 2016. Prior roles include Technical Support Analyst and Systems Engineer at Mythos Technology, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting applications, providing technician support, and assisting the Owner/CTO. Experience also includes serving as a Systems Engineer at K&R Network Solutions, troubleshooting application issues, and serving as an escalation point. Earlier, Kinson worked as Systems Lead Analyst at Do IT Smarter / ClearPointe, managing network infrastructure, and as Network Administrator at TransCore, Inc., setting up local area network infrastructure in a Windows 2000 environment. Kinson holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Dalhousie University.
