Paul Griffith

Paul Griffith is a seasoned military leader and innovator with over 24 years of experience in military and federal government roles, specializing in operations analysis, finance, and international affairs. Currently, Paul serves as a Senior Fellow at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies and as Chief Innovation Officer for SOUTHCOM’s Air Component. Notably, Paul led U.S. Air Force security assistance efforts to Ukraine during the critical early months of Russia's invasion and has held several leadership roles, including Deputy Director for Plans and International Relations Manager within the Air Force. Paul holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Texas A&M and an MA from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, and is fluent in Spanish.
