Erin Gray has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Erin is currently the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Endy, a position they have held since December 2021. Erin also managed outsourced contact center service providers and prioritized projects.

Erin started their career at President's Choice Financial in 2005 and held managerial positions in customer care, vendor quality management, and insurance operations. Erin also worked at RBC Insurance as a team manager, overseeing emergency medical contact center and travel claims teams.
