Senior Vice President, Customer Experience at Endy

Erin Gray has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Erin is currently the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Endy, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Client Success at S&P Data Digital from September 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they led a team of client success leaders and focused on expanding the client base and providing innovative solutions.

Before joining S&P Data Digital, Erin worked at Manulife as the AVP of Insurance Services, Customer Experience from April 2018 to September 2019. Here, they managed a global team and was responsible for delivering exceptional service and continuous improvement. Erin also had direct oversight of the New Business/Client Success team, Client Support team, and Claims.

From 2015 to 2018, Erin held the position of National Director of Customer Experience at Revera Inc., where they established a service culture and designed experiences within key touchpoints on the customer journey. Erin also represented the Voice of the Customer and implemented industry-leading customer experience programs.

Prior to Revera Inc., Erin worked at Walmart Canada from 2010 to 2015. In various roles, including Manager of Customer Experience and Manager of Customer Experience, Financial Services, they were responsible for developing and leading the company's customer experience operations and Voice of the Customer programs. Erin also managed outsourced contact center service providers and prioritized projects.

Erin started their career at President's Choice Financial in 2005 and held managerial positions in customer care, vendor quality management, and insurance operations. Erin also worked at RBC Insurance as a team manager, overseeing emergency medical contact center and travel claims teams.

Erin Gray obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University between 1993 and 1997. Erin pursued a double major in Business Communications and Anthropology during their time at the university.
