ENDZ Group CIC (EG) is a youth-led social enterprise based in South East London, working to reduce social isolation among young people aged 11–25. Founded in August 2023 and registered in July 2024, EG exists to ensure that no young person feels disconnected, overlooked, or without access to opportunity.

Our work is focused on creating real, tangible change through youth-led action. This includes Project 9.0, a youth-led campaign to end child homelessness in London within 9 years, built around lived experience and long-term systems change, and Sports Mode, a platform increasing access to sport by opening up local spaces and delivering free or low-cost, youth-led sessions for young people.

Alongside this, we are continuing to develop a wider ecosystem of ideas and initiatives designed to support young people across different areas of life, including digital platforms, creative programmes, and opportunities that connect young people to their communities and future pathways.

Everything we do is guided by our core values of community, inclusion, and creativity, and built around a simple aim: helping young people get social, get active, and get creative. As a youth-led organisation, we ensure young people are not just participants, but leaders shaping the work we deliver and the change we want to see.
