Stefano Loreti

Stefano Loreti has extensive experience in research and development in the fields of material science and neutron technologies. Starting his career as a Ricercatore at galvotek S.p.A from December 1988 to December 1990, Stefano led a chemical laboratory focused on industrial electrodeposition. Subsequently, from January 1990 to July 1993, Stefano continued as a Ricercatore at ENI, specializing in material science, x-ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy. Notably, Stefano has held the positions of Dirigente di Ricerca and Primo Ricercatore at ENEA, a role that includes coordinating the Frascati Neutron Generator Laboratory and overseeing the neutrons metrology laboratory. Stefano has dedicated a significant part of career to neutron technologies at ENEA C.R. Frascati from November 2013 until November 2023. Academic credentials include a degree from Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza' (1982-1987).
