Violeta Konaitė

Violeta Konaitė has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Violeta began their career as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at UAB Intermedix Lietuva in 2018. In 2019, they worked as an Administrator of Claims Department at Compensa Vienna Insurance Group before transitioning to the e-commerce industry as an E-Shop Administrator at Eneba Games. In this role, Violeta oversaw e-commerce operations and collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the e-shop's performance. Violeta then shifted to customer support, where they provided prompt assistance and resolved inquiries as a Customer Support Specialist at Eneba Games. Later, Violeta worked as a UI/UX Designer on a freelance basis, collaborating with diverse clients to design web and mobile application interfaces. Throughout their career, they conducted user research and utilized insights to inform design decisions and create intuitive user experiences. Overall, Violeta has a strong background in customer support, e-commerce operations, and user experience design.

Violeta Konaitė completed their Bachelor's degree in Social economic geography and regional studies from Klaipeda University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Stasio Vainiūno music school from 2002 to 2008, focusing on folklore instruments.
