Pascal Cools has extensive experience in project management and operations leadership, particularly within the engineering and automotive sectors. At Eneco, Pascal served as Teammanager Installatie ZZP and Teamlead Operations Control Centre. Prior to that, Pascal was Product Manager and Team Lead Industrial Projects at Intertruck Benelux BV, overseeing a business unit focused on OEM projects and business development. Pascal also founded and led Studievereniging APEX, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills. Additional experience includes roles at KONI in process engineering, Easify Products as an owner, and Albert Heijn as a merchandiser.
