Tom Schepers

Tom Schepers currently serves as the Head of Industrials at Eneco, a position held since December 2016, overseeing the Industrials department which includes the Eneco Bio Golden Raand power plant, Eneco Gasspeicher, operational batteries, and power-to-heat assets. Previous roles at Eneco include Manager of Operations and Project Manager. Tom's earlier experience includes working as a scientific advisor intern at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and as a student assistant for first-year biochemistry practicals. Additionally, Tom has provided tutoring in biology for exam preparation at Scholengemeenschap Ubbo Emmius. Academically, Tom holds a Master’s degree in Biology and an Honours Master's in High Tech Systems and Materials, as well as a minor in Entrepreneurship, all from the University of Groningen.
