Christopher Mak is an experienced electrical engineer specializing in electrified powertrains and energy storage systems. Currently at Enedym Inc. since August 2020, Christopher focuses on the development of powertrains for Class 8 B-Train Trucks and has significant expertise in CAD, CAE, and FEA related to electric motor components. Prior experience includes roles as an ECE Researcher at McMaster University, where Christopher led design and validation efforts for electric machines, and as a Powertrain Captain for EcoCAR 3, overseeing the selection and integration of electric and internal combustion powertrains. Christopher's engineering foundation includes a Master’s of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Automotive Vehicular Technology from McMaster University, alongside practical experience in hybrid vehicle projects and co-op roles at Linamar and McMaster Formula Hybrid Team.
