Jack Toller has a diverse work experience, starting from being an Engineering & Science Instructor at Venture Engineering and Science camp in 2016. Jack later became an Engineering & Science Curriculum and Lab Coordinator at the same organization, where they developed projects and curriculum for various camps and supervised instructors. In 2018, Jack worked as an Engineering and Society Program Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering - McMaster University, consulting with professors and creating graphics for the program's website.

In the same year, Jack also had a role as a Production Engineer Intern at Bunge, where they collaborated with a team to find efficient solutions to production problems in a crushing plant. Jack also organized contractors and led the implementation of a servicing platform.

In 2020, Jack took up the position of an Engineering Teaching Assistant for a 2nd-year Engineering Economics course at the Faculty of Engineering - McMaster University. Jack held office hours, invigilated exams, and assisted students with their coursework. Jack also worked as a Mechanical Engineer Researcher at McMaster Innovation Park, where they facilitated a partnership with the City of Hamilton for datalogging purposes and worked on an electrified powertrain vehicle project sponsored by the Government of Canada.

In 2021, Jack became a Mechanical Engineering Lab Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering - McMaster University, where they taught composite labs to fourth-year mechanical engineering students and adapted to online teaching due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, Jack is working as a Mechanical Engineer (EIT) at Enedym Inc., focusing on the control and calibration of a hydrogen range extended electric truck on the electrified powertrain team. Jack is involved in writing supervisory controller logic and developing the in-cab touch screen.

Jack Toller's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at McMaster University. Jack pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree with a focus on Mechanical Engineering & Society CO-OP, along with a minor in Business. This program lasted for six years, ending in 2020.

Following the completion of their undergraduate studies, Jack Toller continued their education at McMaster University. From 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Jack Toller also obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they completed the "Virtual - Principles of Electrical Safety in the Workplace" course offered by the Electrical Safety Authority. In 2012, they obtained the ORCKA Level 2 certification from ORCKA. In March 2016, they acquired the Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification through the Canadian Red Cross. Lastly, Jack Toller is a member of the Professional Disc Golf Association, although the specific date of their membership is not provided.
