Adriano Conte is the Head of Legal Analytics and Spend Management at Enel SpA, where they focus on optimizing business processes, budget management, and innovative solutions through data analytics and digitalization. Prior to their current role, Adriano spent three years as a Senior Data Analyst at Fugro, conducting marine data analysis for the oil and gas industry worldwide. Throughout their career at Enel, they have held various positions, including Program Manager in ICT and Community Manager, enhancing their project management expertise and leadership skills.
