Daniela Mancini is the Head of Process Improvement at Enel Group. With a background in software programming and analysis, Daniela began their career at SOFTLAB S.p.A. and later worked as a junior IT analyst at Enterprise S.p.a. They held senior analyst positions at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa and Enel, where they were involved in significant projects related to financial regulations and system implementations. Since 2018, they have focused on designing commercial and management processes, enhancing digitalization, and supporting sales networks within Enel. Daniela received their diploma in commercial technical studies with top marks in 1996.
