Fernando S.

Fernando S. has extensive experience in innovation management and corporate entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Head of Enel Innovation Hub Europe at Enel Group since September 2017. In this role, Fernando is responsible for fostering collaboration between European startups, scaleups, and SMEs with Enel and its subsidiaries, while enhancing the company's relationships within the European innovation ecosystem. Prior to this, Fernando held various positions at Endesa from 2001 to 2017, including Open Innovation & Entrepreneurship Manager, where collaboration on innovation projects with startups was emphasized. Additional roles include positions at Coca-Cola FEMSA, Avantel S.A, and academic involvement at Universidad de los Andes, combined with an educational background featuring an MBA from KU Leuven and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
