Francesca Spinelli

Francesca Spinelli has extensive experience in human resources and training, primarily within the Enel Group since January 2002, where roles have included Agile Coach at Platformization Services Enel and Procurement Digital Hub, as well as Development and HR Business Partner for Global Infrastructure & Networks. Responsibilities have spanned from designing and delivering training programs for various tiers within the company to coordinating managerial training and program management. Prior to Enel, Francesca served as an HR Consultant and Senior Consultant at Accenture, managing processes such as induction, performance management, and developing training programs for major clients like TIM-TELECOM. Earlier experience includes a Training Specialist role at ISFORT, focusing on leadership and communication training, and an External Collaborator position at the University of Roma TRE, where participation in sociology lectures took place.
