Giulia Continolo

Customer Intelligence - Enel X Global Retail

Giulia Continolo is currently engaged at Enel in the Customer Intelligence division, focusing on Data Governance and Portfolio Management since June 2021. Prior to this, Giulia served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Global Customer Operations, facilitating key business processes and implementing data-driven monitoring for operations. With a strong background in agile transformation as an Agile Change Manager, and experience in digital innovation as a Digital Innovation Specialist, Giulia has contributed to various projects in both Enel and Enel Green Power. Earlier roles include internships at Thales Alenia Space and GRADIANT, where research and design work in communication systems and the Industrial Internet of Things were conducted. Giulia holds multiple degrees in electronic and ICT engineering, along with ongoing education in Service and Product Design.
