Laura Lozzi

Laura Lozzi has over a decade of experience in the energy sector, currently serving at Enel since December 2012 in various roles focused on innovation and people transformation. As part of the Innovation, People Global Transformation P&O team, Laura is dedicated to enhancing the employee journey through co-creative work methodologies and measurable strategies. Additional roles include training at the Enel Innovation Academy, where Laura teaches courses in Creative Problem Solving, Lean Startup, and Facilitation Skills. As an Open Innovation Culture Specialist, Laura collaborates with multiple business lines to tackle complex challenges using design thinking and lean startup methodologies, while also managing a global community of colleagues across eleven countries. Previous experience includes business development and sales roles at Vestas, BNR Energia, and Flashbay Inc., complemented by a strong academic background in global economics and executive education from prestigious institutions.
