Mario Mosca

Mario Mosca is a procurement, material, and logistics business process reengineering expert with over 24 years of experience. Currently, they serve as the Head of Digital Strategy and Planning at Enel Group, where they define principles for system development and manage performance metrics. Since October 2018, they have also led the Global Procurement Digital Hub, focusing on optimizing procurement processes through digital solutions. Previously, they held various leadership roles within Enel, including Head of Materials, Equipment and Logistics, and Head of Suppliers Scouting and Development. Mario began their career as a project leader consultant at KPMG, specializing in process reengineering and SAP solutions.
