Bryan Blair

Bryan Blair has extensive work experience in the plumbing and electrical industry. Bryan started their career as a Plumber at UA local 666 in 2001, where they supervised a team of plumbers and ensured projects were completed on time and within budget. In 2004, Bryan joined Direct Energy as a Plumber, responsible for day-to-day plumbing tasks and achieving high customer satisfaction. Bryan then became an Install Manager, overseeing a team of HVAC technicians and managing the maintenance and repair of HVAC appliances. In 2012, Bryan was promoted to Plumbing Manager, where they managed a team of Plumbing Technicians and sub-contractors, driving the company's growth and establishing Direct Energy as a major plumbing company in Ontario. Bryan joined Enercare Inc. in 2014 as the General Manager for Plumbing, Electrical, and Duct Cleaning, and later became the Vice President for Plumbing, Water products, and Electrical in 2022. Throughout their career, Bryan has shown expertise in team management, customer relations, and delivering high-quality service.

Bryan Blair attended Niagara College from 1998 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Business Management. Bryan later went on to study Plumbing Technology/Plumber at Mohawk College from 2000 to 2003, obtaining a Plumbing Canadian Red Seal certification.
