Emre U. is an accomplished professional in the renewable energy sector, serving as Innovation Manager and Senior Consultant at enercast since January 2018, where responsibilities include business development in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in India, and guiding renewable energy generators in power forecasting solutions. As a Partner and Co-Founder of Verk Energy Technologies Ltd. since March 2014, Emre has conducted extensive wind resource assessments and supported the wind power forecasting market in Turkey. Previously, from September 2011 to February 2014, Emre worked as a Project Engineer and Team Leader at ENISOLAR Energy Ltd., managing meteorological measurement installations across multiple countries and developing resource planning software. Emre holds a Master's degree in Energy Technology with a focus on Wind Power Project Management from Uppsala University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics Engineering from Ankara University, complemented by an exchange program at Umeå University.
