Cécile Morgand is currently the Directrice HSE at ENERCON, a position held since 2024. With a unique journey that began with a Science baccalaureate and studies in English, Cécile transitioned into the HSE sector, gaining diverse experiences across metallurgical, tertiary, textile industries, and now the wind energy sector. Previously, they have held various roles including Manager HSE Service & Construction France at Vestas and Responsable HSE at Deutsche Windtechnik.
