Chris Allan has extensive experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management within the heavy industry and oil and gas sectors. Currently serving as the Head of International HSE Managers and UK HSE Manager at ENERCON since May 2016, Chris previously held the position of Project HSE Advisor at Technip from May 2013 to March 2016, and served as HSE Manager at Bredero Shaw from September 2009 to April 2013, where responsibilities included the implementation of HSE plans and compliance with Norwegian legislation. Prior experience includes a role as HSE Advisor where practical safety engineering was applied across various environments, and as Retail and Transport Manager at Scotchick, managing operations and ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards in a poultry and dairy production facility.
