Hendrik Koschenz

Hendrik Koschenz currently serves as Support to the Chief Procurement Officer at ENERCON since May 2024, focusing on cross-functional strategy conceptualization and execution. Previously, from March 2023 to March 2024, Hendrik was Support to the Head of Global Sourcing at CLAAS, where a framework strategy was developed to enhance procurement efficiency and company resilience. Additional experience includes a role in Procurement Machining & Automated Guided Vehicles at Mercedes-Benz AG from September 2022 to February 2023, data research at Management Events from January to May 2022, and an apprenticeship in the Operations Department at Peter Cremer Holding GmbH & Co. KG from August 2018 to August 2020. Hendrik is pursuing a Master's degree in Management & Entrepreneurship at Leuphana University of Lüneburg and holds Bachelor’s degrees in International Management from both FH Münster and Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
