Inês Marques

Inês Marques has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Desenvolvimento de Recursos Humanos at ENERCON since April 2007. Key responsibilities include recruitment and selection, management of temporary work, onboarding of new employees, and participation in internal communication and employer branding initiatives. Inês also oversees functional job descriptions and supports all HR procedures, in addition to managing the company's internship program and the certification processes for employees. Previous experience includes roles at Lactogal Produtos Alimentares S.A., Sonae Distribuição, and Medico Sport Fashion, focused on payroll processing and administrative tasks. Inês holds a degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from ISCET and completed an Executive Training in Human Capital Management at Universidade do Minho.
