Malte Heyen

Malte Heyen has over a decade of experience at ENERCON, currently serving as Head of Department Site Load & Lifetime Optimization, leading international engineering teams focused on wind turbine site loads calculations and structural component management. Previous roles include Head of Department Site Loads & Utilization Management and Head of Team Systems Analysis, where Malte developed engineering teams and optimized project planning, productivity, and quality within the R&D departments. Prior to ENERCON, Malte worked at KAMtec GmbH in custom machinery engineering and at Volkswagen AG in production engineering, where responsibilities included the design, construction, and maintenance of electrical systems.
