Marcelo Bellotti

Marcelo Bellotti serves as the Global Head of Procurement Change Management Organizational Development Processes Systems & Methods at ENERCON since June 2017, leading initiatives in Supply Chain and Global Procurement 4.0 Business Excellence. Previous roles include Head of Procurement for Latin America, where responsibilities encompassed strategic purchasing for direct and indirect materials, project logistics, and organizational restructuring. Additionally, Marcelo co-founded VERTY Consulting in 2015, offering management advisory and business education services. Prior experience includes senior roles at Bosch GmbH, managing global purchasing restructuring projects and automotive aftermarket procurement, as well as positions at Bosch Rexroth and Bosch Latin America, focusing on procurement strategy and operations. Marcelo's educational background includes an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Post-MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
