Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Capgemini Invent, including Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, and Manager, specializing in Financial Performance Management. Before that, as an Independent Consultant, Michael worked in Financial Services. Their previous experience includes roles at Capgemini Consulting, IDS Scheer, and m.a.x. Informationstechnologie AG, focusing on financial management and SAP consulting. Michael holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule Mannheim.
