Shailendra Kumar has extensive experience in the wind energy industry, having worked at ENERCON, Senvion, and LM Wind Power. Shailendra is skilled in new technology and method implementation, design and development of rotor blades, stress analysis, and certification of blades. Shailendra has led international teams and holds a Master's degree in Solid Mechanics and Design.
